DEBUT OF MGM MACAU GOLDEN LION PUTTER PRESS CONFERENCE
【Macau, 24 November 2010】MGM MACAU proudly presents a world’s limited edition golf putter specially designed by Mr. Hiroyuki Matsumoto, a world renowned golf putter craftsman with 50 years of experiences. In celebration of this Debut of MGM MACAU Golden Lion Putter, MGM MACAU hosted a press conference at the Macau Golf and Country Club in Coloane on 23 November 2010.
In the afternoon, guest of honor, Mr. Hiroyuki Matsumoto, the very talented craftsman of MGM Golden Lion Putters, Mr. Brian Fiddis, Senior Vice President – Casino Marketing of MGM MACAU, Mr. Michael Wong, a famous Hong Kong movie star and a golf lover arrived at Macau Golf and Country Club and the press conference officially began. Mr. Brian Fiddis conducted a welcoming speech and gave an account of the cooperation between MGM MACAU, Mr. Hiroyuki Matsumoto and how the combination of the two world known brands made the MGM Golden Lion Golf Putter happened. With the sharing of his concept in designing this special MGM Golden Lion Golf Putter, Mr. Hiroyuki Matsumoto talked about his anecdote in making putters.
Sounds of applaud filled the beautiful piece of putting green when the guests of honor cut the ribbon and officiate the Debut of MGM MACAU Golden Lion Golf Putter. With the announcement of “MGM MACAU – King of Golden Lion Putters” which would commence on Jan, 2011, at the Macau Golf and Country Club, Mr. Brian Fiddis and Mr. Michael Wong then putted on the green with the MGM MACAU Golden Lion Golf Putters as a demonstration.
The famous world’s limited MGM Golden Lion Golf Putter is branded with a MGM - Golden Lion logo and an exclusive serial number on its head. The MGM Golden Lion Golf Putters are exclusively made for VVIP guests of MGM MACAU who are invited to challenge the “MGM MACAU - King of Golden Lion Putters”. Winners can each month attempt a 30 meter putt and if the mission’s achieved, the winner will be rewarded with HK$8,888,888! A Truly Golden Lion Reward!

About Hiroyuki Matsumoto
Mr. Matsumoto is an internationally renowned golf putter artisan as well as a legend of golf putter productive industry. He started his career of creating golf putterson 1957. On 1980, the Japanese star golfer, Isao Aoki, took Matsumoto’s hand-made golf putter, and had a exhilarating competition with the golf King, Jack,Nicklaus.
